Tirana Fountain Albania Coastline

Our Business has been dealing in the Adriatic Region for the past 25 years and during this period, we witnessed a steady increase in property prices. All our clients benefitted from steady Capital Growth in some form or the other. Some of them loved the Region and its people – happily deciding to stay rather than sell whilst others successfully exited the property market with sizeable gains and some of them looked to us to guide them to their next “Money Spinner”.

Always wishing to stay one step ahead of the game, we immediately responded to our client’s needs and to those involved in overseas property investment. Over the past two years, Albania Acquisitions and our Business Partners spent considerable time and effort in researching Albania from a social, geographical, economic and cultural perspective. We found that this European country was definitely interesting for the discerning property investor.

Albania is a country of diversities, contradictions and ambiguities, but one thing is for sure: there is much to offer the rest of the world. And the offer is very authentic.  Everyone who comes to Albania is astonished by the wild beauty of nature. The two seas that Albania borders, the Adriatic and Ionian Sea, offer great views along the coast. The Adriatic Sea coast is sandy, while the Ionian Sea coast to the south is mostly rocky. The deep and clear water, the wild unexploited nature, the mixture of rivers with the sea make the Ionian Sea shore a great experience.

We are happy to promote a selection of developments in Albania and also in Croatia.  In Albania, we have the Aqua Gardens Development located in Tirana Lake.  As for Croatia, take a look at the brochure for Bistrica Development which is situated on the Island of Brac.
